Aspire People is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bedford that is seeking a confident, enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team this November.

As an HLTA, you'll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include delivering small group interventions, covering classes in the absence of the main teacher, and helping to raise attainment for all learners. You'll work with a range of abilities, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), making a real impact every day.
