Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker

 

About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and reputable organisation specialising in high-quality metal fabrication and installation. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal components to specification

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and job orders

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery (press brakes, shears, rollers, etc.)

  • Measure, cut, bend and form metal with precision

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards

  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sheet metal worker or similar role

  • Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and metals

  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings

  • Competent with fabrication machinery and tools

  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships (preferred but not essential)
