We are recruiting aField Care Supervisorto join a growing and supportive care provider in Bedford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in domiciliary care or healthcare support who is ready to make a real impact on service delivery and quality of care.
??Key Responsibilities:Conduct client assessments and reviews to ensure high-quality care plans
Support and supervise care staff in the field
Deliver staff spot checks, competency reviews, and supervisions
Build strong relationships with service users and their families
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
Participate in a 1 in 5on-call rota(additional payment provided)
Previous experience in domiciliary care or healthcare supervision
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise tasks effectively
Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering excellent care
Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
