School Support Worker - Education and Training (Bedford)
Academics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Support Worker to join a warm, inclusive SEN provision in Bedford. Role: School Support Worker
Pay: 460-500 per week
Hours: Full-time | 8:30am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent emotional and pastoral support to students
- Support the development of confidence, independence, and resilience
- Assist with strategies to overcome learning, social, and behavioural challenges
