Are you an experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity this year in the Education and Training sector? We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist SEN School in Bedford, supporting pupils with additional needs in a rewarding and structured environment.

The Role:
- Working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a specialist SEN school in Bedford
- Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)
- Providing 1:1 and small group support under the guidance of teachers and SEN professionals
- Assisting with academic learning, emotional regulation, and social development
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a related role
- A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to supporting children with SEN
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A genuine interest in SEN education Sector
- Relevant SEN or education training is desirable but not essential
