This vibrant school is committed to ensuring that every child-regardless of need-has access to a rich, engaging education that supports their growth both academically and emotionally. They're proud of their inclusive ethos and are looking for a SENDCO who shares that vision and can lead with clarity, care and confidence.

This mainstream school is over subscribed and anticipates an influx of children with additional needs in September. You will be responsible for identifying, tracking and writing reports to ensure adequate support is put in place.

As SENDCO, your role will be to:

  • Lead and manage the SEND provision across the school
  • Work closely with teachers, TAs and external agencies
  • Create and implement EHCPs and personalised learning strategies
  • Support staff to deliver inclusive teaching practices
  • Be the advocate for every child who needs one

What are we looking for in a SENDCO?

  • SENDCO qualification (or working towards it)
