The Role:
You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons to pupils with a range of needs, including autism, SEMH, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Working closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies, you will create an engaging and supportive environment where every pupil can thrive.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
Experience teaching students with special educational needs
Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
A nurturing, calm, and adaptable teaching style
Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
Desirable:
Experience in a specialist or PRU setting
Team Teach or other relevant training
Understanding of EHCPs, sensory integration, or therapeutic approaches
