The Role:

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)

  • Experience teaching students with special educational needs

  • Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills

  • A nurturing, calm, and adaptable teaching style

  • Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing



Desirable:

  • Experience in a specialist or PRU setting

  • Team Teach or other relevant training

  • Understanding of EHCPs, sensory integration, or therapeutic approaches
