Aspire People are recruiting for an amazing SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a lovely primary setting outside of Bedford. Early Years/primary experience is ideal but the priority is experience support SEN individuals. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong passion for encouraging individuals to push through barriers and provide resilience in the face of adversity. As Aspire People, our SEN Learning Support positions are suitable for individuals who are looking for a regular placement and have experience working with individuals who have health, physical, mental and/or social needs. It will be vital to be patient and positive to help build learners' self-resilience and self esteem in relation to education.
