I'm working with an award-winning, multidisciplinary practice to find an Architectural Technician to join a team in Bedford. They have an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. As the firm continues to grow, it is now seeking a talented Architectural Technician to become an integral part of its dynamic architectural team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Support planning and building regulations applications
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design coordination
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Ensure all work aligns with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • HNC/HND or a degree in Architectural Technology
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Solid experience across residential and commercial sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
