Purpose:
Ensure the operational availability of grinding machinery through scheduled maintenance, fault rectification, and continuous improvement activities in line with VMI and VOI standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine and corrective maintenance on grinding machinery (OTMs).
* Manage machine faults through FAMS and ensure equipment is "fit for service."
* Maintain overall machine condition, including documentation, spares, safety equipment, and tooling.
* Support IT systems (FAMS, Q-Pulse) for maintenance logging and compliance.
* Uphold company policies including HSE, quality, and environmental standards.
* Provide technical support, both mechanical and electrical, including some IT/network support.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Recognised level 3 mechanical/electrical maintenance qualification.
* PTS and DP track safety qualifications.
* IT proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, Q-Pulse, etc.
* Strong diagnostic, risk assessment, and troubleshooting abilities.
* Excellent communication and time management.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Info:
* Flexibility for out-of-hours work and physical duties (lifting up to 40 lbs).
* Expected to engage in continuous improvement and maintain high levels of safety and integrity.
