Job title: Warehouse / MHE Operative - Heavy Lifting

Are you a strong and reliable individual looking for ongoing work with the potential for a full-time position? We're hiring Warehouse / MHE Operatives to join our team in Bedford. This role involves the heavy lifting and manual handling of large, bulky items like white goods and furniture as you load and unload lorries.
You'll be working towards weekly performance targets, and once you consistently meet them, we'll offer you training on MHE (Materials Handling Equipment) to become a multi-skilled member of our team.
What We're Looking For:
- A good team player with a strong work ethic.
- The physical ability to handle and move heavy, bulky items.
- A strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
- MHE (Materials Handling Equipment) experience is preferred.
Pay & Shifts for Warehouse Operative:
- Double Days (rotating): £13.42 per hour
- Overtime: Paid at x1.25 after 40 hours.
You will work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends. Shifts rotate weekly for warehouse colleagues.
- Early: 6:00 to 14:00
- Late: 14:00 to 22:00
