What You'll Do
- Fabricate high-quality ducting components using stainless steel, titanium, Inconel and more.
- Use your operator verification approval stamp (or work toward gaining it).
- Support continuous improvement, bringing ideas to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow all company H&S and Fire Safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a strong team and adapt to new methods and techniques.
What You'll Bring
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with confidence.
- Strong hand-skills and experience in metal fabrication.
- A proactive, goal-driven mind-set and willingness to support the wider team.
- Good communication, organisation, and basic PC skills.
- A flexible, positive attitude toward work.
Education/Experience:
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent technical experience.
Shift Pattern
Late Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:45pm - 1:30am
