A dynamic and progressive veterinary service provider is seeking an experienced Regional Health and Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across multiple practices. This is an exciting opportunity to influence workplace safety and drive continuous improvement in a company committed to excellence. This is a home based position, involving regional travel between Cambridge and London covering a varied property portfolio.

As Regional Health and Safety Manager, you will:

  • Champion a positive safety culture across multiple sites, influencing teams at all levels
  • Lead health, safety, and fire compliance strategies in line with ISO 45001 principles
  • Provide mentorship and training to onsite safety champions, fostering continuous improvement
  • Manage incident investigations, implementing preventative measures to enhance workplace safety
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices


The Regional Health and Safety Manager will have:

  • Ideally 5+ years of multi-site health & safety experience (veterinary or healthcare desirable)
  • NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent
  • Ideally be accredited with IOSH and have strong knowledge of health, safety, and fire legislation
  • Outstanding project management and organisational skills, managing priorities effectively
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with strong stakeholder engagement
