  • Lead People Business Partnering, Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Systems teams

  • Play a key role as part of the Senior Leadership Team

Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced, values-driven HR leader with strong expertise in people operations, employee relations, and change management. They will be a practising Christian who can provide compassionate, strategic leadership while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Langley Trust's Christian ethos.
