This includes offering accurate information and advice, signposting to appropriate services, and carrying out initial problem-solving - all with empathy and professionalism.What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering a county-wide Adult Social Care service as part of a collaborative, supportive team
  • Responding to enquiries from the public, internal departments, and external agencies
  • Assessing needs, identifying risks, and escalating where necessary
  • Using multiple digital systems (Firmstep, Five9, Microsoft applications) to log and manage interactions
  • Ensuring each individual feels heard, respected, and supported
