Preschool Room Leader - Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

We are currently seeking a Preschool Room Leader to take the reins of our clients thriving preschool room, leading both the children's learning and the team of dedicated practitioners. This is a full-time, permanent position with exciting opportunities for career progression and personal development.
About the Role
As our Preschool Room Leader, you'll be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring a team of Early Years Practitioners in delivering outstanding care and education
Planning, implementing, and evaluating a rich, stimulating EYFS curriculum tailored to children's individual interests and developmental stages
Supporting the emotional well-being, safeguarding, and welfare of all children in your care
Working closely with parents and carers to build strong, positive relationships and maintain effective communication
Overseeing observations, assessments, and next steps to ensure each child achieves their full potential
Ensuring high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the preschool environment
Acting as a role model, mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional development

What We're Looking For
A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Childcare
Previous experience working in a preschool environment, ideally in a senior or leadership role
A deep understanding of the EYFS, child development, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
Passion, energy, and a genuine love for working with children
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
