Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure they are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
- Collaborate with various teams across the business to gather input and feedback, ensuring our policies meet internal standards as well as regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a proactive approach to all compliance activities.
- Provide support and guidance on policy-related matters to different departments, helping to foster a culture of compliance and awareness throughout the organisation.
