In this role you will be designing bespoke machinery and fabrications for customers' spec. Using CAD software, you will be designing bespoke units from the ground up, and working with the production team to resolve issues with drawings.
The ideal applicant will have experience working with 3D sheet metal design modelling with SolidWorks, looking for a highly varied and autonomous role at a dynamic and expanding company.
The Role:
- Designing bespoke components from client designs
- Working collaboratively with other departments to implement designs
- Creating designs using SolidWorks or similar CAD technology
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
The Person:
- Experience as a Design Engineer using relevant CAD technology
- Background working on sheet metal
- Background in design within manufacturing
