Quality Engineer - Supply Chain Operations (Belfast)

An exciting opportunity awaits! We're looking for a dynamic Quality Engineer to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Belfast. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping product excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver world-class products. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and guide: Provide direction to Product Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineering teams, collaborating across departments.

Build excellence: Develop and maintain quality documentation, standards, and procedures.

Drive improvement: Collect and analyse data on non-conforming products to enable corrective actions.

Support key processes: Contribute to MRB/CAB activities and maintain inspection and delegation plans.

Be the voice of quality: Liaise with internal and external customers on Quality Assurance requirements.

Champion compliance: Arrange and oversee audit programmes, conducting internal and external site audits.

Innovate: Develop and introduce new quality initiatives.

Enable learning: Support training for internal and external teams on quality requirements.

Apply expertise: Use APQP knowledge to support activities such as 8D problem solving, PFMEA, and Control Plan development.
