Role/Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Company Secretarial Manager with a strong background in governance and management. This position is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of the Company Secretarial Team while conducting various governance-related activities supporting Board and Committees. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of Board and Committee governance activities, including meeting administration and minute taking.
  • Responding to regulatory or audit information requests.
  • Facilitating smooth operations within the team and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • Proven Company Secretarial experience is essential.
  • Formal or informal management experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with financial services, either in-house or through client interactions, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional minute-taking and meeting management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate within a multi-jurisdictional team and flexibility to travel when necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Governance, Law, Business, Administration, or Accountancy is preferred.
  • Holding chartered status from the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) is a plus.
