Are you a Mechanical Contracts Manager experienced in the Construction or Fit Out industry looking to progress your career for one of the countries most prestigious firms?

In this role you will be responsible for the management of an internal Mechanical Projects Delivery Team across a variety of Framework Contracts.

This role would suit a Mechanical Contracts Manager proven experience managing Self Delivery Mechanical works for MTC Framework Contracts Minor Works projects, including within live buildings

The Role

• Manage mechanical contracts from tender stage through to completion.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

The Person

• Experience in mechanical contracting or building services management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
