The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with my client who are one of Europe’s well known Law Firms. Due to continued growth within the Belfast Office they are now seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the People Development team.

The role would be suited to a candidate with 2-3 years’ experience in a H.R / Training or Learning and Development role and keen to gain a new challenge.

The Right role:

Online Training Support:

  • Overseeing the virtual training environment.
  • Ensuring all participants are signed in and have their cameras on.

Face-to-Face Training Support:

  • Welcoming and signing in attendees.
  • Helping participants get settled.
  • Maintaining a professional and supportive presence throughout the session.

Team Collaboration:

  • Assisting with the planning and scheduling of workshops, training programmes, academies, and development schemes.

Materials and Communication:

  • Preparing systems and materials in advance of training.
  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of materials (via DPU or Concierge for printing).
  • Supporting communications, including updates to the intranet.

Training Records:

  • Helping maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.

The Right Fit:

  • Experience in a similar role in a professional services environment is desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage time effectively, think ahead and around challenges and provide solutions
  • Confident communication, and ability to engage and collaborate with internal colleagues
  • Previous experience in a Training , Learning and Development or H.R role
  • Enthusiasm for learning and development processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to new software
  • A proactive, self-motivated and flexible approach to work - with the ability to work independently, and collaboratively within a team
