Our client is looking for an experienced Customs Manager to oversee the global import/export operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade laws and regulations. You'll play a key role in managing customs processes, mitigating risks, and driving compliance excellence across the business.

Main Duties:
- Ensure compliance with global customs regulations and trade laws.
- Oversee customs documentation, including classification and valuation of goods.
- Liaise with customs authorities, brokers, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain trade compliance policies and frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to import/export activities.
- Manage trade certifications and optimise duty savings.
- Provide training to teams on compliance best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customs and trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of international customs regulations and trade agreements.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Previous experience dealing with Import and Export customs.
