Reed Finance is delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking professional services firm in Belfast for an Audit Assistant Manager to join their team.  

Thie successful Audit Assistant Manager will deliver assignments from planning through to completion, applying technical expertise and demonstrating strong people management skills. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships, contributing to business development, and supporting the growth of the firm.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients while supporting colleagues across the firm.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and professional standards.
  • Deliver proactive and efficient client service.
  • Participate in proposals and tenders for new business.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate on technical and risk-related matters.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing and developing client relationships.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor team members.
