Our Global client is looking for an experienced Programme Director to gain overall leadership and ultimate accountability for the successful delivery of the programme. You will own the overall programme direction and vision in conjunction with the business unit and customer. You will be responsible for maintaining the linkages between the programme and the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring the contracted customer’s strategy and business targets are met by the programme deliverables and outcomes.

  • Led programme implementation with full responsibility for achieving programme objectives.
  • Leading major transition programme in large organisations by delivering beneficial outcomes while demonstrating empathetic management skills to successfully deliver the change.
  • Consistently delivered success by effectively managing programme baselines and driving excellence in all aspects of the business.
  • Facilitated smooth Programme transitions, change delivery and high customer satisfaction by partnering with customers and business units to deliver programmes from initiation to closure
  • Maintained consistent and compliant programme execution by adhering to established programme management policies, procedures, and methodologies, and implementing formal review processes.
  • Enabled data-driven decision-making by developing and presenting Programme Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Programme Board and SRO via effective escalation reports and stage assessments.
  • Promoted financial responsibility and transparency by providing clear visibility into the impact of Programme activities on business line Profit & Loss and securing necessary governance approvals for contingency usage.
  • As well as proven programme delivery, experience within the process of defining programme requirements and objectives with the Programme Board or appointed programme assurance role is required.
  • Strategic management of stakeholders and sub-contractors to fully align the deliverables including the Business Change workstream and ensure a coherent and consistent approach to delivering requirements.
  • Managed the business and Programme risks and produce an effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and Programme costs can be understood and controlled throughout the lifecycle of the programme 
  • Ensure a key partnership is developed and maintained with all key stakeholders, the Authority, Third Parties, the Authority’s business change leads to deliver optimum outputs.
  • Experienced in finance and management of budgets, managing profitability, revenue, margins, rates and utilization across Programmes.
