Managingnew client onboarding, including requesting and organizing medical records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Coordinated appointments and communications with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Developingstrong client relationships by delivering responsive, empathetic support in a remote setting.
Maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance while handling sensitive health-related data.
Coordinating and managing the payments for the client.
