Sales Lead Generator
My client is a first-class workspace provider, offering services and managed solutions in Belfast and London. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Sales Lead Generator to join their team based in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position.
Working hours: Shift pattern 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience (commission available)Â
Job Purpose:
As a combined role, you will be responsible for sales lead generation with project management responsibilities. This is to include generating high-quality leads for office spaces, meeting rooms, and virtual offices across London and Belfast, as well as leading the launch and ongoing success of the new website.
Essential Criteria:
- 2 years’ experience in a sales, lead generation or business development role, preferably within real estate, co-working or tech.
- IT proficient with the use of IT packages as well as being comfortable in learning new CRM systems, CRM platforms and project management tools.
- Demonstrable experience in using LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation best practices.
- Ability to work towards and achieving KPI’s and targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload – with managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads across serviced offices, managed offices, hot desks, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.
- Manage and update the CRM, ensuring leads are tracked, followed up, and nurtured through the sales funnel.
- Run targeted outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone, working closely with the marketing team.
- Support the wider sales team by booking tours, following up on inquiries, and coordinating client communications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead targets.
- Act as the key point of contact for the website rollout, ensuring smooth coordination with developers, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Populate and maintain the website with high-quality office listings and ensure content is accurate, attractive, and optimised.
- Work with external partners (brokers, landlords, workspace operators) to onboard listings and expand the site’s inventory.
- Track website performance and continuously recommend improvements to boost traffic and conversion rates.
- Identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses (e.g., coworking spaces, brokers, service providers).
- Build a growing network of alliances that can refer business.
- Support promotional activities and partnership campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead flow.
