Role: Information Governance Officer
Location: Belfast
Hours: Full time Monday-Friday, 9-5pm
Pay: £14.55
Starting mid-May
Duration- min 3 months
Hybrid role after training (3 days office, 2 days home)
To assist the in-house team, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Completion of the Recording of Processing Activities (RoPA)
* Completion of the Info Asset Register
* Assisting with developing a policy for labelling of emails to facilitate Records Management and Retention
* Drafting a Subject Access Request policy in line with ICO guidance
* Comprehensive Data Protection policy including guidance on data breaches and assistance with training
* Data Protection Impact Assessment policy and procedures
* Any other duties requested by your line manager
You will have:
* minimum of 2 years Information Governance experience
* a degree or equivalent
* the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
Please note that if successful a basic Access NI check will be required for this role, the cost (£16) to be covered by the applicant.
