The Company

A multi-disciplinary engineering company is looking for a Graduate Project Planner to work in their office in Belfast as part of their team on several projects in the construction sector. This is a hybrid working role and is a great opportunity to work for a leader in the market.

The Role

As a Graduate Project Planner, you will be supporting the Project Planning and Controls function through structured training and hands-on experience across key areas of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist in developing and maintaining project programmes

. Contribute to method statements, planning workshops and resource forecasting

. Support 4D planning software implementation and programme integration

. Engage with supply chain partners and support project controls

. Aid in managing Early Warning Notices and Extension of Time processes

Development Areas:

. Planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject)

. Health & Safety and Security Clearance

. Exposure to commercial, Design, Estimating, Site & Document Control Teams

The Person

To be successful in the role of Graduate Project Planner, you'll need to have a construction related degree or Equivalent. In addition, some experience of live projects and different forms of construction and types of contracts would be beneficial for this role. A good understanding of the role of planning amongst the overall project management.

The Package
