We are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer working on Days, who will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and plant equipment.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 2.30pm, with salary range 34 - 36k, any additional overtime is paid at 1.5 rate
We are looking for candidates with Multi-skilled/ Mechatronic or Electrical experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
The Role
- Planned and reactive maintenance on production plant and equipment
- Respond to breakdowns and resolve faults quickly
- Continuous improvement and machine upgrades
- Work across electrical and mechanical systems
- Work as part of a maintenance team to minimise downtime and maximise performance
- Record maintenance logs as required
- Work in line with company policy and health & safety
What we are looking for:
- Level 3 apprenticeship in Engineering, Mechatronic or Electrical
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing/ production setting
- Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Working knowledge of PLC's, controls and robotics
