Summary:

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a regional leadership role across a dynamic, fast-paced warehousing and logistics environment?

We are partnering with a leading logistics business to recruit a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee multiple warehouse and distribution sites. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring that each facility is operating safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with relevant standards and legislation.

This role is based in Belfast, with additional travel to other sites across Northern Ireland. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career within this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the cost-effective planning and delivery of all hard and soft facilities management services across multiple warehouse sites.
  • Manage a small team of Facilities / Service Technicians to deliver repairs and maintenance across the sites.
  • Sourcing and managing external contractors to ensure all legal & safety compliance aspects are met.
  • Manage supplier SLA's, reviewing suppliers on a continuous basis to drive down costs whilst meeting business needs.
  • Coordinate and report on KPI's for each site.
  • Manage projects / project teams as part of continuous improvement.


Key Skills/Experience:

  • 5 years' experience managing facilities within a large-scale environment, particularly within a warehouse / logistics operation.
  • Previous project management and team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge / skills in legal compliance and risk management within a Facilities Management position.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities / Engineering is desirable, but not essential.
