Hays is partnering with a large public services organisation based in Belfast to recruit a part-time Medical Secretary on a temporary ongoing basis.
Your new role
- Medical Secretary to consultant psychiatrists
- Audio/copy typing, filing, scanning, appointment booking, room booking, data input on patient information system.
- Dealing with phone calls on behalf of the consultant and the clinical team.
- Ad hoc reception duties.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 1 year's experience in a similar administrative position
What you'll get in return
- 12.31 per hour
- Part-time working pattern (Mon to Fri - 9am to 1pm)
- Located in Belfast (Queen's Quarter)
- Temporary ongoing
- Immediate start
