The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be exclusively partnering with a well-established construction company in East Belfast who are seeking an experienced Office Manager to take the lead in running a busy, fast-paced office and supporting day-to-day operations. The client has also successfully won a new contract so you will also be responsible for the successful implementation of this.

The Right Fit:

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Oversee, support, and develop a team of 8 administrative staff, ensuring high performance and excellent service delivery.
  • Invoicing & Financial Admin: Manage the preparation, accuracy, and timely issuing of client invoices; liaise with accounts to ensure prompt payment and resolve discrepancies.
  • Claims Management: Handle the processing and resolution of client claims and ensure timely communication and record keeping.
  • Complaint Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for client complaints, ensuring professional handling and follow-up to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Process Optimisation: Using the job-management software to streamline workflows, track progress, and support the team in staying on schedule and on budget.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain overall office function, supplies, correspondence, and administrative systems.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Produce internal reports for management and ensure compliance with relevant company policies and industry regulations.

About You

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Administrator role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, claims handling, and complaint management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Previous experience within a Utilities background would be desirable but not essential
  • Professional, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused. Good Communication and able to deal with clients.
