Royal Mail Class 1 LGV

Manpower Belfast are currently looking for LGV Class 1 Drivers to work out of Northern Ireland Mail Centre Newtownabbey depot to help to cover the busy postal industry requirements.

We have a range of shifts available but this will be on an ADHOC basis.

Royal Mail run a 24/7 operation with various shift lengths and days or nights available

Our ideal candidate must have

• Valid C+E (Class 1) LGV driving licence
• Digital tacho- must have less than 3 infringements- this will be checked
• CPC qualification cards
• At least 1 years' experience driving of Class 1

Pay and Hours

• Day shift - �18.48
• Night shift - �21.17
• Between 8/10 hour shifts

All drivers regardless of length of experience will have to undergo a driving assessment

Once you have passed all relevant check and assessments, we can then place you.

Your job will be to help move packets and letters around the country, you'll be required to follow schedules and itineraries to the letter, so the ability to follow detailed instructions is a key skill as this is vital in keeping the systems moving and running to time.
