We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager - HR Process Transformation (Markets) to lead the design and execution of critical HR process and control changes within our Markets division. This role is pivotal in driving strategic transformation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in program management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership within complex, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of HR process and control changes across Markets.
  • Collaborate with business and functional partners to facilitate remediation and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks, documentation, procedures, and change management plans tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Identify and articulate problems clearly, bringing together the right stakeholders to drive strategic solutions.
  • Review and challenge proposals from enterprise functions to ensure alignment with Markets' needs.


Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience delivering solutions in complex organizations under tight deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking, strategic analysis, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse detailed content while maintaining a strategic portfolio view.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions such as HR, Technology, and Internal Audit.
  • Basic understanding of Markets operations, including risk, controls, and trade lifecycle.


This role will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Belfast. Although the role is initially for a 6-month period there is a high possibility of an extension.
