Project Supervisor - remedial works 

Belfast (City Centre)

£300 p/d 

Our client is set to deliver a key upgrade project for at their customers site in central Belfast and require a Project Supervisor to lead the day to day activities on site, managing specialist sub contractors to deliver the work safely and on time. 

This is based on a commercial building in central Belfast, which requires some remedial works including - roofing, parapet walling and damp proofing. 

This is a 2-3 month project starting in the final week of January - there may be additional opportunities to move onto other projects for the client in the area on completion. 


We're looking for a safety conscious Project Supervisor, comfortable in managing both direct labour and subcontractors. 5 days p/w onsite. 

SMSTS/SSSTS essential, as well as CSCS and first aid at work. 

Our client is a leading FM and Construction business with a portfolio of both maintenance contracts and projects across the UK and Ireland.
