The Right role:

•Preparation of paperwork for marketing purposes

•Advertising properties on all available property portals and Social media platforms

•Key Accompanied Viewings

•Negotiating tenancy terms, rents, furnishings etc.

•Preparation of all legally required tenancy paperwork

•Registration of Landlords and Security Deposits

•Managing the renewal of tenancies

•Scheduling, processing, following up property inspections and repairs related to these

The Right Fit:

Previous experience in a Property Environment is essential for this role.

Clean UK driving licence and access to a car

Excellent communication skills both verbally & written

Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use

Third level qualification or equivalent in Property / Building Surveying

Previous experience in a Property Management role.
