Your new role
This company is looking for a part-time receptionist to work in their office Monday-Friday 9am-2pm (but they are flexible). In this role you will be based on the company front desk, assisting with the following tasks:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Minute taking for senior members of staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle enquiries efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support the team with project-related administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualifications in office administration will be looked upon with preference.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role - minimum of 2 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
