Join Our NHS Team - Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to provide vital administrative support within our busy service.

Location - Dundonald
Salary - 12.31 per hour - Band 3

As part of our team, you'll play an essential role in helping us deliver high-quality care by ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
What you'll be doing:

  • Word processing, typing letters, and producing reports
  • Sorting and responding to incoming mail and general enquiries
  • Maintaining and managing online diaries and email accounts for senior staff
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and collating papers
  • Taking minutes, typing them up and circulating as required
  • Preparing and processing statistical and clinical information
  • Assisting with requests for information and managing data efficiently
  • Organising appointments and maintaining effective filing systems
  • Handling telephone queries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Supporting with photocopying, printing, and other administrative tasks
  • Checking nursing PINs and updating health rosters
