A leading Civil Engineering Contractor, with an impressive 134 million turnover and a strong pipeline of complex infrastructure projects, is expanding its commercial team. They're now seeking a Senior Estimator with a background in civils, structural, and temporary works to support major schemes-both above and below ground, including high-profile tunnelling and infrastructure ventures.

Your Role at a Glance:
Drive the success of future infrastructure projects with an emphasis on wellbeing, sustainability, and profitability
Analyse drawings, contracts, and specs to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and designers to shape winning proposals
Play a key part in monthly CVR meetings, strategic bid planning, and risk analysis
Represent the company in B2B client and supplier meetings when required
Support tenders for a variety of civil engineering projects, typically ranging from 500k to 20m
What We're Looking For:
Degree qualified and ideally working towards Chartership
Practical experience on site, ideally in tunnelling or heavy civils
Strong grasp of NEC3/4 contracts, project risk, and bid strategy
Proficiency in construction estimating software
A sharp communicator with strong negotiation skills
Bonus points for professional certifications like CPE
What's On Offer:
Salary: 50,000 - 75,000 (DOE)
