Digital & Technical Services Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and organised Digital & Technical Admin to join one of our clients based in Belfast. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - you'll be supporting their print, office, and IT services to keep everything running smoothly.

This is a temporary role for 12 weeks with the possibility of an extension.

What you'll be doing:

  • Producing and finishing printed materials, from basic documents to professional-quality projects.
  • Creating and editing documents and graphics using software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Keeping multi-functional devices stocked and in working order.
  • Maintaining office and print supplies, handling stock and usage reports for billing.
  • Assisting users with printing, photocopying, binding, laminating, and other equipment.
  • Managing equipment loans and providing training on items like laptops, cameras, and AV tools.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT helpdesk queries, logging and escalating issues.
  • Supporting the technical team with IT, AV, and equipment-related tasks.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good IT knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience in printing, reprographics, or technical support is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-17:00pm, Friday 9:00am-16:30pm.

Pay Rate: 13.71 p/h (Weekly Pay)
