Are you passionate about providing outstanding support to patients and their families during challenging times? The Ulster Hospital , Dundonald is looking for a friendly and reliable Band 2 Receptionist to be the face of our service and deliver excellent care from the very first hello.
About the Role

  • Welcome and register patients, families, and visitors, ensuring everyone receives a warm, helpful, and professional service.?
  • Manage face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries efficiently, providing information and direction as needed.?
  • Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially on electronic systems, upholding trust standards and data protection policies.?
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks-booking follow-up appointments, coordinating patient transport, and relaying important messages.?

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.?
  • Professional and compassionate approach-especially when supporting people in difficult or sensitive circumstances.?
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and to prioritise tasks independently.?
  • IT competence and keen attention to detail.?
