Join Our Emergency Department Team at Royal Victoria Hospital, West Belfast
Are you experienced in reception and looking for an exciting role in the Hospital setting ? We are hiring for a Receptionist to support our busy Emergency Department.
Rate of pay - 12.31 per hour Monday to Friday , Saturday 16.62 and Sunday 20.80 per hour
What you'll do:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors
- Manage appointments and coordinate bookings
- Handle calls from professional staff with professionalism
- Perform scanning, filing, and essential administrative duties
- Use your word processing and IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) to support daily tasks
What we're looking for:
- Previous receptionist experience, ideally in a healthcare or fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A positive, team-focused attitude
