Our client, a globally leading consultancy is looking for a Scheduler to join them on a permanent basis.
Duties include:

  • Create and manage integrated master schedules for global data center projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, dependencies, and governance standards.
  • Lead planning and progress tracking, including on-site schedule reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and coordination of site activities.
  • Utilize scheduling tools and frameworks such as risk assessments, health scorecards, and quality checklists to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Conduct schedule evaluations and analysis, including RFP scoring, delay impact assessments, and variance tracking.
  • Monitor risks and resource impacts, developing contingency plans and analyzing design changes for scheduling implications.
  • Deliver regular reports and drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, tools, and overall delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience managing and planning construction projects, including capital works in data centers, oil & gas, and related industries.
  • Practical expertise in engineering, procurement, and integrated construction planning.
  • Proficient in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, with knowledge of risk-based schedule analysis.
  • Strong understanding of project controls including Earned Value Management and commodity tracking.
  • Skilled in evaluating EPC schedules, identifying risks, trends, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across functions.
