JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contract administrator required for an immediate start in Bellshill. Our client is looking for a Contract Admin to join the team in Bellshill. Training will be provided however prior experience and knowledge is required.

This role is initially a temp role.

  • Schedule PPM works in a timely manner ensuring KPI's are met
  • Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers to schedule all sub-contractor PPMs in line with agreed schedules
  • Logging and assigning jobs on CAFM system
  • Issue Purchase Orders when required and follow through to receipt of invoices ensuring all systems are updated with current work status throughout
  • Chase invoices, subcontractor & engineer report for supporting information if required
  • Ensure any internal and customer defined CAFM system(s) is up to date at all times, extracting key MI when requested
  • First point of contact for engineers and sub-contractors regarding scheduling queries
  • Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & procedures

Requirements for the role:

* Previous experience of CAFM systems
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
* Previous experience in a similar role
