Our client is currently looking for a Service Coordinator based at their site in Bellshill. This is initially for a 3 month temporary placement with the intention that the role will go permanent following the initial 3 months.



What the client does:

Our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division delivers project solutions, maintenance & service solutions that support our customers manufacturing, cold storage and R&D testing requirements. We are the OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors & York products with trained engineers located nationally providing project solutions along with planned, preventative & reactive works to our target markets being meat, poultry, food manufacturing, beverage, cold storage, general manufacturing, leisure, pharmaceutical & automotive.

How you will do it:

Overall Engineer scheduling
Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)
Engineer Planner Management
Engineer Timesheet Processing
Raising Jobs – Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive
Parts Ordering
Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)
Obtaining Customer POs
Key Customer - System Management
Maintaining Customer KPIs
Customer Invoicing
Customer Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)
WIP Management
Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix
Accounts Receivable / Payable Management
EHS Management
FGAS Legislation Compliance
