The job is office-based with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and includes 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

We are looking to recruit a service coordiantor to join their Industrial refrigeration team.

Scheduling works for engineers
Planner and timesheet management
Job creation (maintenance, quoted, reactive)
Parts ordering and customer communication
PO handling, invoicing, quotations, WIP management
KPI tracking and compliance (EHS, FGAS)
Maintaining training matrix

Hours are 8.30 - 5pm

Office based monday to friday

25 days holiday + Bank holidays
