Description

Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organisation.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and filing deadlines.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial procedures are adhered to.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  • Experience using Sage and Xero.
