- Carry out planned and reactive works within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
- Inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately
- Working either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervision
- Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
- Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and civil repairs and items
- Management & replenishment of local site stock
- Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
- Sites Waste Management
- Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.
- Patching & Painting
- Overall site welfare duties
- Will be comfortable working at height
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrate relevant experience preferably within the maintenance or construction industry
- CSCS Card
Desirable Criteria:
- Trade Qualification
- Experience carrying out Planned Maintenance Tasks
- Current Full UK Drivers Licence
- MEWP Licence
- Digger Licence
