Job Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive works within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
Inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately
Working either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervision
Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and civil repairs and items
Management & replenishment of local site stock
Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
Sites Waste Management
Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.
Patching & Painting
Overall site welfare duties
Will be comfortable working at height

About You

Essential Criteria:

Demonstrate relevant experience preferably within the maintenance or construction industry
CSCS Card

Desirable Criteria:

Trade Qualification
Experience carrying out Planned Maintenance Tasks
Current Full UK Drivers Licence
MEWP Licence
Digger Licence
