Pre-Construction Manager

Are you an experienced professional in the office fit-out sector with a passion for delivering excellence from the very start of a project? We’re seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping, planning, and driving successful projects from concept through to handover.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing RFQs from initial design concepts for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Organising and leading site visits with clients and suppliers.
- Producing accurate project costings and delivery plans.
- Leading client discussions and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Arranging and chairing project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements
- Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans.
- Strong contract negotiation experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the office fit-out sector (or related field).
- Good working knowledge of building regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
Qualifications:
- Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent).
